AssortedVSN: District of Columbia

Recently I came across a cheap pack of Kodak Ultramax 400 film. I believe this film to be a great baseline film for my exploration into the varied realms of film stock. During my film journey I have learned that there is now only a fraction of film stock available now as opposed to when film was the dominant medium of photography. With this being said, there are still plenty of film stocks for me to explore. Since my last 5 rolls were color I feel the need to have black and white shuffled in the rotation. My next few rolls of film I will also experiment with different ISO speeds such as ISO 800. Below is a quick collection of photos taken in March 2017 in Washington, D.C.

Kodax Ultramax 400 scans wells. The colors are well defined and the blacks are deep. I am going to try to recreate some of these photos with other film to try and point out differences.
